The Hero Xpulse 421 is a highly anticipated 2025 model adventure touring motorcycle from Hero MotoCorp, designed to compete in the mid-capacity adventure segment. It features a 421cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine producing approximately 50 PS (49.32 BHP) and around 40-45 Nm of torque. The bike is paired with a 6-speed manual transmission and is built on a steel trellis frame, emphasizing lightweight agility and durability. The Xpulse 421 sports adventure styling with a tall visor, flat headlamp, large fuel tank (~15 liters), extended radiator shrouds, hand guards, rear parcel rack, and underbelly guard. It rides on 21-inch front and 18-inch rear spoked wheels with dual-purpose tires, suitable for both on-road and off-road riding. Suspension includes long-travel upside-down forks at the front and a linked monoshock at the rear with preload adjustment.
